We do not sell your data, and it will never be used to train an AI. That is the whole policy; the rest is detail.

What this site collects

If you send an enquiry: your name, email address, and the message you write. If you join the email list: your email address. If you join the SMS list: your mobile number. In each case we also record that you ticked the consent box, and when.

The server that hosts this site keeps ordinary technical logs, which include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and debugging. The site sets no cookies and runs no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to send the updates you asked for, and to keep the site working and secure. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record with data bought from anyone else.

Who else sees it

Resend, our email provider, processes the list and delivers our mail. Our server host stores the technical logs described above. If we add an SMS provider, it will appear here before any message is sent. These providers act on our instructions only. We disclose personal data otherwise only when the law compels it.

What we will never do

We will not sell, rent, or trade your data. We will not use it to train any AI model, ours or anyone else’s. We will not use your enquiry as marketing material without asking you first.

How long we keep it

List membership lasts until you leave. Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs are short-lived and rotate automatically. Ask us to erase anything and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your control

Leave the email list from any email we send or by writing to us. Leave the SMS list by replying STOP. Ask what we hold, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by writing to hello@technosovereign.com, and we will respond within thirty days. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your data protection authority.

SMS specifics

We text only the number you enter yourself, and only after you tick the SMS consent box. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and STOP always ends it. We do not share mobile numbers with anyone for their own marketing.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
