Who you are dealing with
technosovereign is a trading name of cruush technologies LLC, a company registered in New York. These terms cover technosovereign.com and the mailing and messaging lists offered on it. They do not cover cruush, which has its own terms inside that product.
What we offer here
This site publishes information about the company and its work, accepts enquiries through a contact form, and lets you join an email list and, if you choose, an SMS update list. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, and nothing here states a valuation, a forecast, or a financing term.
Using the site
Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems, and do not submit other people’s personal information through the forms. We may refuse or remove any submission and may suspend access that we reasonably believe is abusive.
Email and SMS
You may join either list only with your own address or number, and only by ticking the consent boxes on the form. You can leave at any time: reply to any email, use the unsubscribe route in it, or write to hello@technosovereign.com. For SMS, reply STOP to stop and HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

Enquiries are not contracts
Sending an enquiry, or our replying to it, does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side. Commissioned work begins only under a separate written agreement.
No warranty, limited liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, cruush technologies LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to it will not exceed one hundred United States dollars.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above always reflects the current version, and material changes to the lists will be announced on the list itself. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
